Can't disagree with that. If you're lucky words will fix things before a bullet has to, but more often than not...

Guess I just start to worry when I enjoy putting those people down a little too much.

Words might work sometimes, but the sort I go after have pushed past that a ways back. Always nice to be able to save on bullets though if they come quietly.

I get a sense of satisfaction from making people safer but I don't enjoy the act of killin'.

Some of the time I'm lucky and the Commander can talk people down from things going from bad to worse, but like you said, most have already gone from worse to unforgivable.

[Honestly it was impressive how Shepard could de-escalate some real bad situations.]

Guess there's always an exception. Maybe enjoy is a strong word, but had to deal with a lot of bad people, people who've put the entire universe in danger. Can't say I ever felt bad for helping take them out. Had to be done.

I don't think any of us would complain about people makin' the job easier. But now an then folks like us is the only way folks like them are brought to justice.

She wouldn't say no to a bounty riding in on their own horse as opposed to being trussed up and tossed on the back of hers, but they rarely gave her that opportunity.

I won't say it keeps me up night worryin' over 'em. If they hurt people and they did something that put a price on their head that I can agree with, then I'll do what I have'ta to bring 'em in. And I can be pretty liberal with how I feel about dead or alive in some cases.
