unpopular opinions

Do you think people are too sensitive? Or that Superman isn't so super? Think cats aren't cute? The Beatles are overrated? Love pineapple on pizza? Maybe you just don't like chips rly. Even the best of us have some controversial opinions. Let people know what a monster you are.

top level

with your characters’ unpopular and/or controversial opinion. Or share few of them at once. In person or via text. Prepare for disagreement.

to tell them why they're wrong, validate a kindred spirit, or just troll them for caring about such a silly-ass thing in the first place.

You do make a lot of good points.

[ None of which she could really refute because she knew most of his points were correct. She looked down for a moment. Trust, huh? Did trust even matter when the ones trusting you weren't even real, weren't even people? Just NPCs with a set number of reactions. Or was it just another lie she fed herself to make the guilt easier to bear? ]

I probably should clarify I was speaking about romantic love. Ultimately, all concepts are fleeting. Even trust may be put to the test when faced with conflicting loyalties or revelations significant enough to alter one's perceptions.

[ Like if you learn someone trusting you is actually a NPC with no free will. ]

And... Should someone give your life meaning and bring you happiness where none other can— Is it so unhealthy to forego logic and love them, to be devoted? [A weak smile.] I'll admit my perspective is biased. I come from a place where very little brings happiness and I have always been fond of books with happy endings. The ideal of love has always helped me keep on going, even in the darkest of times. I can't say the same of trust. This is where my "unpopular opinion" comes from, my own experience.
