I never said I wouldn't - I'm not that eager to die. There's still too many people to prove wrong, but if I have to go, I'd rather do it crossing swords with an opponent whose skill I can respect. And if it comes down to it, I am taking that hypothetical opponent with me just so I can gloat about it in hell.

It beats some mundane circumstance that many just age and wait for.

[somehow saito isn't convinced. after a long battle, it's often by the grace of whatever powers there are that the survivors stay awake long enough to bathe, dress their wounds, and go about living. he knows - he's kicked many half-dead allies to reawaken them.]

He looked like a tech guy who only got 90 minutes of sleep on his couch before programming sessions.]
