the “what’s on your camera roll?” meme
What’s on your camera roll? Selfies? Photos of your loved ones? Lurid videos taken at your latest house party that you forgot to delete? Something even more scandalous? Well, better hope it’s nothing too incriminating because it’s now being projected on the big screen (in slideshow form or as a straight-up mini-movie) for everyone to see! Feel free to provide commentary or narration… or just do your best to slink away before you’re recognized as the starring role/camera operator.
how to play
1. Post a comment with your character’s name, canon, and preferences in the subject line.
2. In the body of the comment, include a description, image, or gif of something from your character’s camera roll—this can be from their actual camera, a phone, GoPro, security cam footage, whatever! Just remember to warn and put it behind a link if you want to include actual NSFW images.
3. Whatever the source of the photos/video, it’s now being projected onto a big screen for everyone else to see. Feel free to include your character’s commentary/narration on what they’re seeing… or just their general reaction to having their private images blasted into other people’s eyeballs.
4. Grab some popcorn and tag into other people’s top-levels with your character’s reactions to their impromptu screening sessions!

Boba Fett | Star Wars Legends | OTA | cw: snuff, asphyxiation, arson
Hutts pay extra for images of a target's death.
[ This, said by a figure encased in dull green Mandalorian armor, standing off to the side as the footage plays. His voice is matter-of-fact—neither ashamed nor excited by the events captured by his helmet feed.
The video plays on. It lingers on the man's face for a moment more, then turns away as the cameraman walks back a few paces. When he turns again in the direction of the now-corpse, one can see more than a dozen drum-like canisters stacked next to the body. There is a pause, a click—and then the sudden hiss of ignition. A gout of fire shoots out from the cameraman's position, engulfing the canisters in bright orange flames—
Flames that go on. And on. And on. There is so much fire. Frankly a ridiculous amount of fire. So much fire that when it finally stops, there's nothing left but a blackened, smoldering heap in the middle of the warehouse. The camera stays fixed on the sight of it for a moment more—and then the feed cuts out.
There is a pause.
When the armored figure speaks again, he sounds almost cheerful. ]
They didn't pay me not to do that.

[ Not that he minded such grisly scenes, he himself has caused plenty with those swords of his whenever it came down to it. Despite being of different kinds of mercenary he could definitely respect that in his own case given you had to do what you had to do for survival or excitement to begin with.
Then again, he almost wondered what the hell he even used to cause the poor bastard to suffocate like that. Normally if it were plant based he'd know it but that had something in particular about it that said it wasn't part of his own norm. ]
Sadly I don't have any in particular of my kills, they were all people I got into fights with one on one style or I fought my way through their men to get them.
I've killed a prince even before, that one was actually pretty fun.
[ Especially after he had the chance to cut off the bastards arm before he could strike him in the last attempt he had to get the kill before his reinforcements arrived. ]

[ Was that him ratting out the man that kicked him out the coven he was from? Yeah, pretty much. He didn't see anything odd about this but it was interesting to see how other vampires would carry around these things in their phones. Sentimental value he supposed outside of other things. ]

Only a few hours? [ He can't help but shake his head. ] I could stay like that all day if I wanted.
However, it would become rather...uncomfortable.

[ Though he did at least understand given the subject change that he wasn't wanting to discuss the images themselves. Might as well talk about one another's shapeshifting shenanigans if that was better in the end, hopefully. ]
I can make myself look like another person however for as long as I want, but I don't really use it unless I wish to.

[ Smart move. The endless wonders of transmogrification honestly do fascinate him quite a bit. He's a venerable expert at it. ]
It's quite taboo to wear someone else's skin, even if you excel at it. I only tend to use such sorcery for an acquaintance of mine.
[ More like he gets roped into Cass's whims whenever the mood strikes them. That sounds more accurate. ]
I suffer for the sake of their artistic endeavors.

[ Artistic endeavors, huh? Though he seemed just a little surprised by that, artists didn't really head toward that side of their lifestyles but he had to admit that got him just a little curious. Though he was understanding anyway if he was told to back off this train of thought. ]
They have you pose as monsters then and the like? I do hope this wasn't too blunt, artists I met on occasion tend to gravitate toward other features on me instead of my shapeshifting personally but it's actually a first to know one is interested in that.
[ Obviously he won't push for a meeting, best to put his comfort above his own in this case. ]

For better or for worse, the the artist I work with has a strange fondness for the occult.
[ He pauses briefly once he comes across a photo of a scantily-clad purple-skinned succubus with a rather long spiny tongue. Yes, that's also him. Augustine can change his form at will but it's quite taxing. ]
Or maybe she's simply a depraved pervert, I cannot tell.
[ He can't help but sigh. ]

[This doesn't mean he doesn't have paintings, blueprints, and whatever else though!]
[First up is his most prized drawing that even hangs in his tenshu. It's drawn by Ieyasu Tokugawa himself, so insult it at your own peril.]
[Next up is an Kano Eitoku folding screen painting Hawks in the Pines - because Nobunaga loves hawks.]
[Work in Progress blueprints for warships that wouldn't see completion historically until Hideyoshi's reign & Imjin War.]
[Completed blueprints for Azuchi castle, complete with Akechi Mitsuhide's signature and a diagram explaining the fortifications for Nobunaga's tenshu to ease his paranoia.]
[Multiple maps and siege diagrams, yet more blueprints for forges, and a variety of early Japanese rifle designs, including several also with Akechi Mitsuhide's signature.]
[Hon'ami Koetsu calligrapy, poetry, and pottery especially tea bowls (chawan.)]
[What's notable is also what's missing. Sumi-e, because it was so deeply rooted in Buddhist traditions suffered a huge dearth of popularity under Nobunaga's rule, naturally he preserved none himself. Furthermore, forever taken with the new and wild, defying tradition and convention, he really went all in on color and things that didn't really take off for centuries. Which for anyone from after the 16th century who's met him has probably noticed his penchant for instantly.]
[He mostly just smiles and nods, quite proud of his collection, but opens the floor. Offer him things past his time, tributes, even.]
