unpopular opinions
Do you think people are too sensitive? Or that Superman isn't so super? Think cats aren't cute? The Beatles are overrated? Love pineapple on pizza? Maybe you just don't like chips rly. Even the best of us have some controversial opinions. Let people know what a monster you are.

with your characters’ unpopular and/or controversial opinion. Or share few of them at once. In person or via text. Prepare for disagreement.

to tell them why they're wrong, validate a kindred spirit, or just troll them for caring about such a silly-ass thing in the first place.

[The Finweans. What a family.]
To be fair to Orodreth, the sky being blue is a relatively recent occurrence. Who knows? It could change.

[One would think they'd have learned by now.]
I think it's been long enough for it to be common knowledge by now. It could certainly, but will it?

[Plurality of votes probably goes to Crazy Uncle Feanor, but there are so many candidates Fingon isn't even sure he gets a majority.
A pause] That in particular? No, perhaps not. The broader principle.... I don't know. Middle Earth is a place of great changes, it seems.

[He'd be the last person to disagree with that. His father was many things, crazy among them, but then again so were most people in their family.]
It is one of it's better qualitites, at least sometimes.

[A small smile.]
Have any in particular caught your eye?

[He can't help the amused chuckle that escapes him at that.]
The seasons here, mostly. They didn't change so drastically back in Valinor.

[Blinking, looking around as if there was the perfect adjective for the experience of Finweanness sitting in a corner somewhere]
-well, it's not lonely, I suppose.
They can be quite striking, yes. So many remarkable colours, particularly in autumn.

[He gives an amused huff of laughter at the thought.]
I do enjoy watching the leaves change colors. Especially when there is a clear blue sky outside, it makes for a lovely picture.

Sunrise and sunset as well. Not the Mingling, perhaps, but lovely in their own right.
[A small smile] And, of course, both they and the autumn leaves feature a colour I am very fond of.

Different, yes, but perhaps even more beautiful for it. I would not enjoy the suns rising and setting as much as I do if it were just a lesser version of what came before it.
Oh, is that so? [He gives his cousin a teasing grin.] And what colour would that be? Yellow, perhaps? Or orange? There are so many to chose from during that season after all.

[Quirking an eyebrow]
I think you might have some idea. Unless, of course, I am very much mistaken.

[He makes a show of looking surprised, it's not terribly convincing however.]
Do I now? I suppose I could guess, might it be... red? I do think it might be so.

[A grin]
A particular shade of it. Don't tell; it would be impolitic.
[By which he means that someone might snap and kill them both to stop the awful flirting.]
no subject
[He grins back]
I think I might have an inkling about which shade you might be referring to. Don't you worry though, my lips shall remain sealed about the matter.
[No one is forcing them to listen in on it, so it's their own fault if they take issue with it.]
