In our defense, that part was entirely the human's doing. They have a tendency to jump to the divine when they see something they don't understand.

But now that I think of it, I suppose you already have done me a favor. With humanity aware of aliens and "gods" and such, I think I might just start telling everyone I'm Apollo, or something like that. Do your people have a god of fire, or sun?

For the sun there was Sunna, I believe the humans attributed fire to yours truly. Not sure why, probably burned something down at some point.

I can just convince people I'm also from Valhalla then, or whatever it's called, unless your Sunna decides to give our planet a visit too...

Not that I'm exactly surprised to hear it.

He's a self-righteous, brash idiot who talks to much and doesn't know when to stop.

Might be hard not to be at least a little self righteous when your pet hammer basically exists to tell you how great you are...

But what do I know. I'm not a big fan of "heroes."

Finally, someone with a bit of common sense.

You have to be a little suspicious of anyone who's comfortable being a role model.

So tedious, constantly having to worry about what image you're putting forward.

Maybe he thinks he stands to lose something if he stops.
