Disappointment, trouble. It's hard to tell sometimes.

It can be, but when it affects a lot of other people, it's generally more than disappointment.

I was a medic in a war. I'm still a medic, but the war is over. Still. I've seen shit most people haven't and it gives me perspective.

It does sound like you've seen much worse.
