Redemption is a meaningless fantasy, sex is overrated, and I don't care what the recruitment posters said, no one looks good in those uniforms.

I think I'm going to have to disagree with you on those first two. If they're a meaningless fantasy, or overrated, perhaps you should consider that you're not doing it right.

Both. Redemption is something that takes a lot of work and it's very easy to do wrong, especially if you're in a no win situation.

[She's had a bit of experience in that area, but fortunately she is as clever as she is beautiful and was able to turn things around regardless. Well... with a little help from a friend.]

Sex is another one of those that can be done wrong fairly easily and is sooo much more meaningful with the right partner. If you're not in love, then it's just a form of physical gratification that of course is overrated.

That's what I mean. I'm not saying it's no good, I'm just saying it's not inherently more meaningful than anything else you can do.

There are other ways of intimacy that can transcend physical... So I've been told. And you have a point about redemption.

Arguably people just don’t want to accept the part of them that had originally wanted to undergo the “wrong”. You can’t forget. People are just not honest with their shit.
