Nope. I'm not a murderer, me. I try not to take too much blood from any one person--and I do keep in mind that they're people.

Not that I don't appreciate you asking buuut— I'll pass. I'm a bleeder.

But if you're feeling peckish I can fire up the ole replicator. What's your poison? B, B-positive, O-neg?

Replicated blood would likely have the same problem as bagged blood--there's a loss in metaphysical potency. It's why you don't tend to see us making withdrawals from blood banks.

I dunnnnno. I thought for sure I wouldn't like replicator eggs, not after you've had eggs the way my mom makes eggs, but a littttle fiddling with the protein slurry and I'm right back home.

It's not about flavor. But I'll try it, we can see how it works out. Uh, A negative, I think--though honestly, they're not different-tasting, blood types.

Really? Even with all those different antigens? I'm sort of afraid to ask but, what does it taste like? Pennies? Is it pennies?

I mean, it tastes like blood. Sometimes chemicals in the blood affect the flavor; I swear I can taste diabetes and the only way I get drunk anymore is by feeding of someone who's been drinking.
