Well, that seems... I mean, it's harsh. I don't think any of our clubs would have a single member if our coaches went by those rules.

But it's his right to make those calls, so I guess it's fair. Just seems dangerous to have that many half-qualified heroes walking around pissed off at him and way less actual heroes to handle it.
