Future You

Whether or not you have a 5 year plan, shit happens. No one knows what tomorrow brings until you're there, looking back at a weird life full of decisions and memories and regrets. Maybe you've changed so much in that time people who knew you then wouldn't even recognize you. Maybe you haven't a changed a bit.

This meme is for one massive time jump. Skip your character's canon ahead 5, 10, 50 years. Whatever. Where are they? Who are they? How do they feel about what's behind them and what's their future look like from here on out?

Top Level

with a premise that places your character some years in the future. How far is up to you. Just paint us a picture of who and where they are now. No blank TLs.

with your characters to reconnect with an old friend. Rekindle an old flame. Bury an aged grudge. Deliver an over due apology. Or just meet someone new who looks like they've lived an interesting life.

Old West AU

Welcome to Dry River. You're a long way from home partner. It’s the mid 1800s and this dusty little frontier town isn’t much of a landmark but the local color might make your stay interesting.

Cut some cards at the rowdy saloon. Stay at the inn and pay for a little company. Or take a job as a farmhand if you just need to make a quick buck and buy your ticket out of here.

Keep your nose clean though. Train robbers, card cheats and bandits have been known to pass through these parts. But you wouldn’t know nothin’ about that, would you?

It’s a Wild West AU. Establish yourself as a local or a stranger and rustle up some adventure or romance.
