Well yeah, but there's a lot of really bad stuff out there and someone's gotta worry about it and warn other people. Otherwise we're all gonna get eaten or turn into lepers.

Diseases can come back you know. Not being vigilant is how you get stuff like that.

While that is true, there are worse diseases to be concerned about that are far more common. Rabies, for example.

Rabid animals may attack without being approached, but rabies was just an example.

Armor is quite heavy. The fact is, there's absolutely nothing you can do to keep yourself perfectly safe.
